Product Description
RasPiBox Pico is an add-on board + DIN rail case for the newest member of the well-known Raspberry Pi family - the Raspberry Pi Pico. Unlike the Raspberry Pi and Pi Zero, which are equipped with Broadcom CPUs, the heart of the Raspberry Pi Pico is an RP2040 microcontroller. This makes the Raspberry Pi Pico suitable for many tasks that were previously the domain of other microcontroller boards, e.g. Arduino.
Our new RasPiBox Pico comes with everything needed for powering, prototyping and mounting the Raspberry Pi Pico in the control cabinet.
- pre-milled 4 TE DIN rail housing
- top shell with transparent front panel
- circuit board for plugging on the Raspberry Pi Pico
- breadboard area for own circuits
- important GPIO pins are routed to labeled contacts next to the breadboard
- 6 pin terminal for contacting on the breadboard
- the USB connector of the pico is accessible via a cutout in the case
- optional integrated 5V voltage regulator for an input voltage of 9 - 35V DC (via 2-pole screw terminal)
- all terminals and openings are covered with predetermined breaking points and can be removed as needed
- suitable for Raspberry Pi Pico
RasPiBox Pico is available in two variants:
- Basic: does not contain a 5V voltage regulator, but the board is prepared accordingly. The supply has to be done by an external 5V power supply via the power supply terminal
- Standard: additionally contains the components for the 5V voltage regulator (input voltage 9-35V DC)
The Raspberry Pi Pico is not included in these sets.
