Before you send us your request by email, we recommend that you first look for a suitable answer in the FAQs.
It is a pity that you have decided to delete your AZ-Delivery customer account. In this case, please contact the customer support.
You do not need a customer account to order. However, you can register and create a customer account where you can track all your orders at AZ-Delivery as well as your saved addresses.
Above in the store from AZ-Delivery there is an icon that you can click on. You can register with AZ-Delivery by clicking on the "Create account" button.
It's not a problem if you forgot your password; just click on "Sign in" and then select "Forgot password". Enter your email address and we will send you a message with instructions on the following steps.
To change your address, please go to your AZ-Delivery-account and click on "My addresses" and then on "Add new address". There you can add your new address. You can also choose to keep or delete your old address.

It is a pity that you do not receive the AZ-Delivery Newsletter would like to unsubscribe. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the email you receive. Alternatively, you can also unsubscribe in your customer account in our online store on the email settings page. If you still need help, please contact our customer support. He will be happy to help you.
If you are a subscriber to the newsletter and receive emails from AZ-Delivery to a different address, please sign up with your new email address. You can unsubscribe from receiving emails to the "old" email address.
It is unfortunate that AZ-Delivery does not send you any e-mails. It may be a technical problem or the email address was entered incorrectly. To make sure you don't miss our best offers and discounts, please sign up again for the AZ-Delivery newsletter again.
Sold out products are usually available again in the next 2-4 weeks.
However, we recommend that you visit our store several times, as the above times may vary.

You are welcome to enter your VAT ID in the billing address after your company name. There is no special field provided.
After we have received your order, you will receive your invoice by email within 48 hours. You will receive the invoice to the email address you provided when placing your order.
Attention. If you have not received your invoice after 48 hours, please contact our customer service.
After your order has left our premises, you will receive a shipping confirmation. In the shipping confirmation you will find a tracking number that you can use to track your shipment.
Attention. If the delivery location is outside Germany, there may often be errors in tracking. In this case we ask for your patience. If the package does not arrive within 7 working days, please contact our customer service and let us know your request and your order number and delivery address.
We ship your order with DHL or UPS. With both service providers, we also offer express shipping.
The order will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Notice: We cannot make any changes if the orders have been shipped before customer service has been notified.
Yes, AZ-Delivery offers express shipping. You will receive your order within 1-2 days.
Shipping takes 1-3 business days. If the order value is less than 25 €, we charge a flat shipping fee of 2,90 €. Anywhere in the EU, we cover the delivery costs if your order is worth more than 25 €!
Delivery and refund
It is not possible to change the order. However, you can have the order canceled through our customer service if it has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

If one or more of your products are obviously defective or faulty, please contact our customer service directly. Describe your concern in a short message. We ask that you include the order number as well as the shipping address with the message regarding a subsequent delivery. Our order number always looks like "AZ-XXX .." or "XXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX".
We apologize if your order was incomplete. Please contact our customer service if your package did not arrive with all the products you ordered.
Please do not throw away the box yet, as we may need the photos for further processing.
You will receive a confirmation email from us once we have received and processed your return. The total amount of the invoice, including shipping costs, will then often be refunded within a few business days (but within 14 days at the latest).
Please note that returns may occasionally take longer to process than expected.
If you wait longer than 14 days for an acknowledgement of receipt, you can contact customer service. Please have the tracking number of the return ready.
This can happen if the coupon is only valid for a certain category/product. This can also happen if another discount has already been applied to products in your shopping cart.
- Click on the "Free E-Books" tab on our homepage.
- Now select your desired e-book and click on "Quick View".
- Select the desired language and click on "Add to cart".
- Then click on "Checkout".
- Fill out the form. Please make sure that the spelling is correct!
- Click on "Continue payment".
- Click on "Pay now".
- You will now receive your download link on the website.
The completion of our e-books usually takes 4-5 weeks. Our e-books are revised regularly to provide you with the most up-to-date documentation on the product.
Attention! If an e-book is not available in your language, we ask you to download the English version, as it is usually available earlier.
The ebook contains detailed instructions or application suggestions for each product. You will also get detailed information about the product you have chosen.
Once you are registered as a business customer, you can log into the B2B section of our website. Here you can place your order just like in any other online store.
The B2B section is visible in the main menu of our online store. Just click on it and then select "Register".
You can see an overview of your orders in your AZ-Delivery-account. Simply log in to your account and click on "My orders".
